Praise + Gratitude = Joy & Happiness

Day 2: Psalm 28:7

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

We can depend on Him to support and carry us through our days. We can trust in Him, rely on Him, and confidently lean on Him! He will help us in our times of need. He is our strength and our shield.

Do you believe this? Or do you find yourself relying more on your own abilities and the people around you than God’s promises? Unfortunately, this will always lead to disappointment and frustration within our lives.

BUT truly believing Psalm 28:7 deep within our hearts can lead to great joy and peace. My darling friend, I want to choose joy and peace, over disappointment and frustration. I choose to sow these words deep within my heart! How about you??
