A Bit of Bible:
David acted wisely in all his ways and succeeded, and the Lord was with him.

A Bit of Prayer:
Father,
I pray 1 Samuel 18:14 over my life. I desire to act wisely in all of my ways. That like David, I could learn to control my emotions and actions. Father, help me not to respond to others out of pure emotion, but rather by applying your truths. Help me treat others with respect and dignity, even when they don’t treat me the same. Father, remind me often that meekness is a strength, not a weakness. I pray that I would continuously make good decisions, and like David I would succeed in everything I do! Lord, thank you for always being with me, because I know how much I need you.
