A Bit of Bible:

“‘Father,

hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation.'”

Luke 11:2-4

A Bit of Prayer:

Father,

I praise your holy name, what a wonderful father you are. Thank you for all that you have given me today. You are faithful to supply what I need, because you know what I need even before I ask. I am blessed to be yours. Father, please forgive me for my errors. I am challenged daily to live out your word, but I am trying. Help me to grow stronger, becoming more like Christ every day. Father, help me to have a forgiving and loving heart towards all. Please protect my mind, my body, and my soul from evil. Do not let me stray from the straight and narrow path you have planned for me. My greatest desire is to walk through the narrow gate, because this life is great, but I know eternity will be amazing.
